15-Day Return Policy

For US-based customers, merchandise purchased online at pickleballgearhq.com can be returned within 15 days. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Pickleball Gear HQ. If for any reason you are not happy with your non-custom pickleball paddle, you can return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:


Eligibility:

  • The paddle must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • This policy applies only to non-custom paddles. Custom paddles are non-returnable.
  • Returns are not currently supported for orders shipped to addresses outside of the US, including Canada.
  • Products listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Packaging:

  • The paddle must be returned in its original box and packaging. Please ensure all accessories, documentation, and any promotional items are included.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, you must email our customer service team at [Customer Service Email].
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • There will be a $15 restocking fee for all returns, which will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned paddle, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the $15 restocking fee.
  • If you requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost once the original item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom paddles with personalized designs or specifications are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
