Shipping Policy

At Pickleball Gear HQ, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with clear and detailed information about the delivery of your purchases.


Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $15 for all orders under $199.
  • Free Shipping: For orders $199 and over.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer shipping within the United States.

International Shipping:

  • We do ship worldwide! Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the destination.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and location of your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • Pickleball Gear HQ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that Express and Overnight shipping options are not available for P.O. Boxes and military addresses.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@pickleballgearhq.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Some items are subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations. If any of your items are affected by such restrictions, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Pickleball Gear HQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • While we strive to ensure smooth and timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays may affect delivery times.
