Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage: Pickleball Gear HQ is committed to providing high-quality pickleball paddles to our valued customers. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our paddles. This warranty policy covers all Pickleball Gear HQ pickleball paddles purchased directly from Pickleball Gear HQ or authorized dealers.

Warranty Duration: Our pickleball paddle warranty is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of receiving the paddle.

Warranty Claims: If you believe your Pickleball Gear HQ pickleball paddle is damaged or defective within the warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Customer Support:

    • To process your warranty claim, you must provide a copy of the original purchase receipt or order number.
  3. Provide Details of the Issue:

    • Describe the issue with your paddle in as much detail as possible. Include photographs or videos to help us evaluate the damage or defect.

Warranty Evaluation: Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will evaluate the issue reported and determine whether it falls within the scope of our warranty policy. Our evaluation process may include a physical inspection of the paddle or a review of the provided documentation.

Warranty Resolution: If we determine that the damage or defect is covered by our warranty policy, we will offer one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:

  1. Replacement:
    • We will replace the damaged or defective paddle with a new, equivalent model of the same or similar design.
  2. Store Credit:
    • In some cases, we may offer store credit equal to the value of the damaged or defective paddle, which can be used towards the purchase of a new paddle from Pickleball Gear HQ.

Exclusions: This warranty policy does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or intentional damage
  • Modifications or alterations made to the paddle
  • Unauthorized repairs or attempts to repair
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or environmental conditions
  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or improper storage

Return of Damaged Paddle: In the event of a warranty replacement, we may request the return of the damaged or defective paddle at our expense.

Disclaimer: This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Pickleball Gear HQ for its pickleball paddles, and no other warranties, express or implied, are made. Pickleball Gear HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

Governing Law: This warranty policy is governed by the laws of Minnesota, and any disputes related to this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
